That pivotal chapter opened doors for Jon to collaborate with top-tier organizations—including ActionCOACH, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Merrill Lynch, and Farmers Insurance—where he refined his expertise in strategic planning, building high-performing sales teams, and servant leadership.
Today, Jon’s core mission is defined by his Unreplaceable platform and his thought-provoking books: Unreplaceable: Human Power Steps in the Age of AI and Unreplaceable: The Coach Approach to Future-Proof Your Career & Business in the Age of AI. When he isn’t taking the stage at conventions or guiding ambitious entrepreneurs, Jon is embracing his role as a recovering “helicopter football Dad” in Las Vegas.
